BOXING GLOVES, BOXING GEAR, CLOTHING & GYM ACCESSORIES - 6 MONTHS LIMITED WARRANTY


TERMS & CONDITIONS
Everlast SA warrants Boxing Gloves, Bags & Gear, Clothing and Gym Accessory products to be free from defects in workmanship and material, under normal use and service conditions for a period of 6 months from the date of original purchase. The warranty extends only to the original purchaser, and only covers the product for private domestic use. Everlast SA’s obligation under this warranty is limited to repairing or replacing, at Everlast SA’s opinion the product or one of its components by Leisure Brands Group or one of its authorised agents. This repair will provide the customer with a product which in Everlast SA’s opinion performs consistently with its age and usage

COVERAGE AND TERMS
During the 6 months of this agreement, Everlast SA will pay for parts necessary to repair defects in workmanship or materials in the covered product, or, at their opinion, may replace it with a similar spare product of equivalent value. 

 

TERMS
Please note that this warranty will be void unless your claim is in compliance with all the terms of this limited warranty statement, and the proper return procedure is followed.

This warranty will only be granted on the presentation of a satisfactory proof of purchase.
The warranty does NOT cover:
1. Normal wear and tear.
2. Any adaption or changes to upgrade the product from its normal purpose 
3. Damage resulting from,
a). Transportation
b). Abuse, misuse, neglect or improper usage
c). Non private domestic home use (including, but not limited to commercial, professional or rental purposes.)
d). Repairs not authorised by Everlast SA or Leisure Brands Group.
e). Use of the item in an improper environment including but not limited to: heat or humidity beyond
product specifications, dusty or and/or wet internal or external areas.

NOTE: that this warranty will be void unless your claim is in compliance with all the terms of this limited warranty statement, and the proper return procedure is followed.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Notwithstanding the foregoing, and to the fullest extent permitted by law, Everlast SA and Leisure Brands Group shall not be liable for any and all claims, losses, costs, damages of any nature whatsoever, or claim expenses from any cause or causes, including attorneys’ and/or expert witness fees and cost, so that it’s total aggregate liability to the customer shall never exceed the total purchase price of the product. This limitation shall apply to any and all liability or cause of action however alleged or arising, unless otherwise prohibited by law.


COST OF REPAIRS
UNDER WARRANTY
Everlast SA has a standard Returns & Exchange Policy that lasts 30 days, from the time you receive your parcel. If you should need to return or exchange your item please make sure to contact us before the 30 days is up, should you contact us after the 30 days, we will unfortunately not be able to offer a refund or exchange. Any items still under warranty will be refunded or exchanged, as long as it complies with the terms and conditions of the warranty. After 30 days from the time of receiving the parcel, the product will have a Carry In Warranty by which the customer must return the product to the Everlast SA service centre at their expense or will be charged for the call out or courier fee. A quote for the repair, replacement, call out or courier fee of these items will be provided.

 

OUT OF WARRANTY
Any items that need to be repaired or replaced once the warranty has expired will be for the customer’s expense including any call out or courier fees. A quote for the repair, replacement, call out or courier fee of these items will be provided to the customer for approval prior to repairs being conducted.


Should you experience any issues with your Everlast products, please call the Service Centre on 087 997 0865 to log the faulty product (under warranty or out of warranty), to have the fault rectified speedily and professionally. The operator or technical advisor will try identify the fault and assist with the repair over the phone.
