WHAT IS EVERLAST SA'S RETURNS PROCESS?

Please read our Returns & Exchange Policy to follow the correct procedure and ensure your product qualifies for a return. It is the responsibility of the customer to pay and arrange for the products to be couriered safely back to our warehouse for our team to asses the product before any refund will be issued.

 

I BOUGHT A PRODUCT INSTORE, CAN I RETURN IT ONLINE?

Thank you for purchasing our products. Unfortunately any products purchased instore will need to be returned to the store from which they were purchased as we can not process these returns, only items that were purchase from our online store are returnable via our online platform. Apologies for this inconvenience

 

WHAT IS THE PRODUCT WARRANTY POLICY ON EVERLAST GLOVES?

All Everlast Gloves are covered by a 6 month Manufacturer's Warranty from the date of purchase. This includes any defects as a result of manufacturing defects or material. Use of products in a manner other than that for which they were manufactured also nullifies this warranty. Products are not intended for outdoor use. You must have proof of purchase in order to make a warranty policy claim for any product purchased. Please note that any Everlast item purchased online must be returned via our online returns process while any Everlast item purchased at store must be returned to the retailer where the item was purchased.

The goal at Everlast is to continually update and improve our products. Because of this process, some product images, logos and labels on the website are subject to vary from time to time.

 

WHAT IS THE PRODUCT WARRANTY POLICY ON EVERLAST EQUIPMENT?

Everlast SA warrants this product be free from defects in workmanship and material, under normal use and service conditions for a period of 24 months from the date of original purchase. The warranty extends only to the original purchaser, and only covers the product for private domestic use. Everlast SA’s obligation under this warranty is limited to repairing or replacing, at Everlast SA’s opinion the product or one of its components by Leisure Brands Group or one of its authorised agents. This repair will provide the customer with a product which in Everlast SA’s opinion performs consistently with its age and usage


During the 2 years of this agreement, Everlast SA will pay for parts necessary to repair mechanical and or electrical breakdowns caused by defects in workmanship or materials in the covered product, or, at their opinion, may replace it with a similar spare part of equivalent value. Labour and on-site repairs will be covered for the first 3 months of this warranty after which, the product will have a Carry In Warranty by which the customer must return the product to the Everlast SA service centre at their expense or will be charged for the call out fee.
